Our Nokia service centre is now able to determine whether your Nokia mobile phone is still within its warranty period or when it expired. However, if you have your proof of purchase please include a copy of it as it may be required if the fault proves to be with the phone's battery. Nokia now provide a 24 month warranty on all new handsets and offer a 6 month warranty on all Nokia accessories such as batteries.

The manufacturers warranty does not cover any fault that has occurred due to physical or liquid damage. Some examples of non-warranty faults include moisture damage, smashed LCD screens, damaged power switches or security lock codes. If your phone is deemed to be out of warranty repair for any reason our technicians will normally be able to carry out a chargeable phone repair which will work out a very cost effective repaired phone. This is a service that other Nokia service centres may not be able to offer you.

90% of warranty repairs are carried out on site within 48 hours of receipt, or 24 hours with our optional £9.95 express repair service. If we are unable to repair your phone on site it may be sent back to the manufacturer for repair or exchange. The average turnaround time for phones returned to the manufacturer is 2 weeks.
