Light Blue - Well covered areas that may contain the odd black spot or two were reception is low. Plans for more base stations in these areas are being introduced to enhance reception.

Grey - Your signal may go up and down but more base stations are being installed to combat the problem of having no reception at all in these areas. This will also help stop calls breaking up and will cope better with more users at once, so it may be the end of the ever so annoying 3 bleeps and Network busy on your screen. This is the most frustrating experience for any mobile user to have.
