If you do not see the parts you require but they are available you can use ours repairs form and/or £5 fast diagnosis  or £10 for liquid ingress or £15 or a phone that has been retrieved from toilet (+ £6.95 return shipping) MUST be submitted on line before sending in any phone to us. First fill in the repairs form and then send the faulty phone to us at address below.

If you are local and want to come down then fill in and pay this minimum charge now here online to get in the system so we can repair the phone much quicker than if you just come down with out doing this first. I is like an early booking in phase which you will benefit not only in time but by getting internet prices too. High Street prices can be up to 35% more than online prices.

Many new phone models including Nokia 6288, Samsung U600, other slide and flip phones are £25 fitting charge on top of the price of the housing. Nokia 8800 and Motorola V3 range are £35 and PDA range has a £45 fitting charge.
