Did you know that if your Nokia phone is under 2 years old and a UK or Euro  (European) spec./version it may be under warranty and fixed for FREE.

Now it is possible to send us all your Nokia mobile phone repairs and have your Nokia warranty repair work and non warranty work carried out from one reliable website. If your current Nokia phone is having problems such as freezing or crashing, it would probably need a software upgrade or a reflash.

If your Nokia phone is with in its warranty period then we can have it repaired for free of charge. Sometimes through no fault of your own your phone may not turn on, often it is when the battery has died during a call or whilst plugged into your computer by USB cable and an error occurs and the phone will not turn on, we can help.

There is however a one off admin. fee of £8.95 plus the return shipping cost. An Express basket is also available for when being back with a working phone fast is of the utmost importance. Although there is often little need to use this as most of our service centre repair jobs are carried out on the same day and in over 90% of cases, users are finding them selves back with their working again phone the very next day. We hold a large volume of parts for a large variety of phones so the chances are, we can fix your phone and have it back to you the very next working day.

Data would be erased so it is important that you back it up first. When sending a phone in, we do not need its sim card/memory card or charger, just the phone with a charged battery. Keep a note of your IMEI serial number as reference to your phone and then you can make sure it is the same phone that you sent in comes back. All Nokia warranty work is aimed to be turned around with in 72 hours.

If you have sent in a phone that you would like updating on you can email phonerepair@phatphones.com and quote your order or phone details as reference and we can keep you updated every step of the way.

Having ties with Authorised Nokia repair service centres enables us to make sure your parts are going to be genuine Nokia and not fake or copy parts. All Nokia warranty repair work is carried out by Authorised Nokia repair Centres in London UK. The IMEI and details of the warranty work carried out will be available to you via Club Nokia.

If your phone is having trouble then it may need a service. We can repair your phone if it says CONTACT SERVICE on your phones screen, If a charging socket is not working, a faulty display to a distorted or muffled microphone or a non working speaker or camera fault. Many slide or flip phones rely on the ribbon cable to feed information and if this develops a fault then the LCD screen display may appear distorted, this would require a new ribbon cable to rectify this fault. Your phone may turn its self off for no apparent reason and need to be reflashed with anew updated software version.
