Whilst other mobile phone buy back companies or schemes may sound good, in actual fact many of them scrap the phones down and sell the parts back to China where they are used often on the Black Market and often they do not get to help a charity. By re using mobile phones where possible, we are prolonging the life of a perfectly good working phone and getting it back out there in use. By keeping a phone in the system it prevents it from becoming added to the electrical scrap heap which is devastating planet earth.
