The Nokia approved service centre section is where you can send us your Nokia phone for repair if it is still covered by its Nokia warranty. This includes software faults and faulty manufactured parts. This warranty does not cover liquid ingress or malicious or physical damage. The phone can be repaired for free if it is a manufacturing fault with in the warranty period. There is a £5.95 admin fee plus return shipping. If the phone is not covered by a warranty we can still fix it for you and charge you for the repair job. If this is the case you can see our repair centre details below. This is an ideal position for you to be in as we can save you time and money by fixing the fault for you at a charge rather than sending it back to you saying it is not covered by its warranty and then having to go elsewhere to get your phone repaired.

This is our on line repair shop, you pay for the repair or diagnosis and send phone to us or if you don't know the fault or its not listed then you pay the £5 min charge (+ shipping) for a diagnosis and/or repair. We repair most phones that are sent into us, in fact we manage to fix 98% of phones that are sent into us for repair. From a simple microphone or LCD fault to software upgrading onto more complex repairs such as liquid ingress and fine solder repairs. Most standard repair jobs we carry out on mobile phones generally cost between £12 and £35 depending on the cost of any part/s needed to complete the repair job. Most repairs we undertake are fixed and ready to return to you within 72 hours. We generally would go ahead with a repair if it is up to £35 and contact you first if it is going to be more unless otherwise discussed or if the phone is expensive we would raise that to £50. Liquid ingress devices could be around the £50 mark to fix as often many parts need replacing and they all cost, liquid repairs do take around a week or so to fully treat/repair and test. All of our repair jobs carry a warranty. This is 3 months for any software faults or non soldered parts change. Solder works carry a 2 month warranty and liquid ingress repairs carry 5 days grace period.
