Our phones are only bought from corporate clients we have ties with and we buy bulk phones that have been upgraded by the company who is registered with us to do so, we also buy from other distributors of used sim free phones.

Refurbished sim free phones	Refurbished phones come with a 3 month warranty from phatphones and have new parts giving it a longer life inside and out.
14 day old sim free phones	14 day phones usually have 8-10 months of manufacture warranty left, usually network return usually in very good condition.
Used sim free phones	Used phones come with 2 month warranty from phatphones

As New/Excellent condition/A Grade	Very good condition will look like new
Good condition	Very mild blemishes
Fair condition	A few scratches may be visible or worn in places

Ex network	May be network badged but open to work with all networks
Sim locked/unlock	Locked to a particular network, can only work on the specified network
Sim free	Phone is sold without sim card to replace existing phone on a contract or pre pay when lost, broken or upgraded.
Warranties	Period of time it can be returned. Warranty has exceptions, when liquid damaged, dropped or broken etc
1 years manufacturers warranty	for all new phones, can be taken to a service centre for repair within one year of purchase.
14 day money back guarantee	If you are not happy with your purchase we will refund or exchange it if returned within 14 days of purchase. This does not apply to new phones.
2-3 month Warranty	We provide a 2 month warranty with all used phones and 3 month for refurbished phones

We feel the above warranty periods offered are sufficient as there are no moving parts in a phone to go wrong. If a fault was to develop in a mobile phone, it would be fair to say it would occur within this time scale, unless damage was inflicted to it.

All phones are sim free and unlocked & come complete with battery & charger, unless otherwise stated. They are ready to use with a sim card. Some may come in non-original box or be badged.
