Please Note: Please enclose the IMEI number of your phone & your name and return address with any phone sent for unlocking, to help us identify it. Please do not send sim cards and do state which network it is locked to.

Note: Unlocking your phone - removing a sim lock is a totally legal process. We do not change IMEI numbers as this is illegal. If a phone is barred we cannot and would not be able to unbar it, so do not ask.
