Tips & Suggestions if your phone has been water damaged

1. Strip it down

take battery off take sim card out take any memory card out take face off if possible DO NOT try charging or connecting to PC etc.

2. Don't attempt to use it even if it works

3. Don't attempt to charge it

4. Send it immediately for repair

Phones sent for repair within 24-48 hours have the highest success rate of being repaired for major water/liquid damage.

Minor damage i.e. sticky keys or replaceable parts can be repaired after this time.

If you are local and want to come down then fill in and pay this unlock charge now here online to get in the system so we can unlock the phone much quicker than if you just come down with out doing this first. It is like an early booking in phase which you will benefit not only in time but by getting internet prices too. High Street prices can be up to 35% more than online prices.

To proceed with water/liquid damage treatment payment of £10 must be made first before sending your phone in t us and/or a completed repairs form or an email that it is coming in.

For liquid damage phones the £10 minimum charge will be deducted from the total. If it cannot be repaired we will return the phone and the £10 charge will remain.

Please Note: Please enclose the IMEI number of your phone & your name and return address with any phone sent for repair, to help us identify it. Please state water/liquid damage and how it happened.
